Snake World Support

Snake World is a retro snake arena. Single Player is a match against three AI snakes on your device. Multiplayer is one shared online arena.

Email jeffreyliu8@gmail.com for help, privacy requests, or to report a nickname. Please include the nickname you saw and, if you have it, roughly when you saw it.

How to play

• Steer with the on-screen D-pad or joystick, or swipe on the arena. Choose the control in Settings.
• Hold BOOST to move at double speed. Boosting does not shorten your snake.
• On a keyboard, use WASD or the arrow keys. Space or Shift boosts. P pauses a Single Player match.

Internet connection

Single Player works offline, including the first time you open the app. If sign-in cannot reach the server, choose Play Offline on the splash screen.

Multiplayer needs an internet connection and a guest sign-in. If that fails, the connecting screen explains that the online arena is unavailable.

Report an abusive nickname

Nicknames are checked when they are entered and again when they are shown. You can also:

• On the Hall of Champions leaderboard, use REPORT on that row. One report is stored per player you report.
• During a multiplayer match, tap that player's row on the live scoreboard and choose REPORT.
• Choose BLOCK to hide that nickname on your device. The snake stays on the arena so the match stays fair.
• Email jeffreyliu8@gmail.com if you want a name removed from the public leaderboard.

Delete your data

In the app, open Settings and choose Clear All User Data, then confirm ERASE DATA. That deletes your profile, your leaderboard entry, your live snake, reports you filed, and the anonymous account.

If you already deleted the app, email jeffreyliu8@gmail.com with the nickname you used.
